Abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cues and information role-playing on the development of speaking of high school students. 5 male and 5 female students participated in the treatments for 8 times, an hour per each lesson within 2 months. The research tools included cues and information role-playing cards, which were adapted to the level of learners. The researcher took an observation note during the activity, and interviewed each learner about their attitudes toward learning English, dialogue memorization, role-playing and factors that involved their speaking. |
