English test analysis : Content validity

The annual personnel training data of Sirindhorn Public Health College, Ubon Ratchathani is manually managed, thus leading to errors, unavailability of updated information and delay in report due to the complex system and a large amount of data. The objective of this study is to construct the database and management system for personnel training that can help Sirindhorn Public Health College, Ubon Ratchathani effectively manage such data. The program was developed in web application, using MySQL for database management and the PHP language for programming. Via the Internet, the users can record the training data of the personnel regarding training titles, periods, budget types, budgets spent as well as authorizing officials. This program can assist administrators in making a decision about budgetary policy planning. The result of the test reveals that the program can reduce the number of errors and the amount of time for data management, and present IT in the form of graphs more quickly, accurately and efficiently than the existing systems.
